Call Center Telecommunication Technician
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible in planning, installing, and maintaining telecommunication cross-connection facilities in coordination with sales and operations departments. She/He will prepare engineering designs/drawings, specifications, billings, and project schedules and will also maintain database of network cabling and customer links. She/He is expected to provide support to other engineers and technicians in facilities and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of ECE or Computer Engineering
- With at least 2 years work experience in handling fiber, coax, and multi-pair terminations
- Computer literate
- Effective communication skills
- Willing to render overtime and to work in shifting schedules
